My name is Marcy Robitaille. Welcome to my blog!!

After losing my seventeen year old daughter, Makenzie Mia Goode,  I found comfort in writing. As I continued to receive beautiful signs as well as silly signs from above, I began to  share these eye openers which I call God Winks — little stories that I write. I realized a few years ago that God was using these stories not only to help me,  but also to encourage others as they faced similar trials through their own life experiences.  It became  clear that these stories would be best shared through social media, the common connector for us all– and by my volunteer work to help others deal with their grief.

Since I finished my first book in December 2015, and it will be published in the spring of 2016,  friends suggested that I also create a blog — a place where these fun little signs or “God Winks” could be captured.  A place for others to come by and visit and be reminded of God’s goodness and sense of humor too.

I know that God doesn’t  want to see us sad, but as our loving protective Father he wants us to lean on Him.  I am grateful for His God Winks and guidance.
